Tom Shroyer has distinguished himself for 30 years as a successful trial lawyer, as a prolific author (Accountant Liability) and as a CLE lecturer. He has been the managing partner of Moss & Barnett, A Professional Association, since 2000. Tom practices in all state and federal courts in Minnesota, and in courts throughout the United States, and he is Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
